Carol Kaufmann is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School and a Clinical Associate at McLean Hospital where she teaches Positive Psychology and Coaching. Dr. Kauffman is Co-Editor in Chief of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. She maintains an active US and UK coaching practice and is Chief Supervisor at Meyler Campbell Ltd.
