Optimal Office works in three steps:

  1. Create Awareness
Optimal Office uses the Trans Theoretical model of behavioral change as its starting point. The system works with individuals regardless of their readiness to change, but acknowledges that creating awareness of stress as it happens is the first step.
  2. Optimize Skills
As users become aware of their ongoing stress problems right where they work, the Optimal Office system helps them learn the skills they need to overcome the adverse effects of stress – very basic breathing, stretching and calming exercises.
  3. Measure Results
Measuring impact and seeing progress is essential for long-term participation and behavioral change. The Optimal Office system gives the user immediate feedback in several ways, and there are a variety of reporting features to help track a user’s progress, as well as group reporting to management.
