Build Skills Automatically
Receive micro trainings directly at your desk and work with stress as it arises. Training is offered in small increments leading to successful and lasting behavior change. Successive programs** focus on increasing personal health, productivity, and wellness
* Micro Trainings are short, guided exercises designed to release stress, increase focus and enhance health and wellbeing.
** Training programs consist of several hundred micro trainings over about 6 months. "Manage Stress" is a program based on scientific principles of Adult Learning Theory and the Trans Theoretical Model of Behavior Change. It provides foundational skills for managing stress.

See how your stress levels drop over time, both at work and at home. You will identify situations where your personal emotional responses result in high (potentially unhealthy) stress levels through the use of personal notes, and micro trainings completed. You will quickly discover which events or people cause you to experience a stressful response and learn how to optimize your responses.

Select from a list of personal coaches who facilitate specific behavior changes (lose weight, communicate better, eat more nutritiously, start exercising, etc.) and share your experience with friends or co-workers. You can become part of a worldwide community if you like. |
