As you participate in Logisens stress reduction trainings on your computer, a list of those trainings that you begin, pause, decline and complete is also stored under your account. You may also choose to participate in any of a series of online questionnaires that are intended to help you identify levels of stress, its perceived changes, its perceived consequences and to evaluate your readiness to address those. Your responses to these questionnaires are also stored under your account. Your personal notes which you can insert into the data throughout the day are also stored under your account.
Information stored under your account may be accessed by you and by designated employees of Logisens (see “Storage of your data”). You may revise your user profile as necessary to correct any errors or make any updates. Biodata, training participation and questionnaire data stored under your account may be provided, with your consent, to your employer on an anonymous basis, aggregated with data for not fewer than seven other employees. User profile data, including your date of birth, education level, years in your position and contact email address is not shared with your employer without your consent.
